Outcome journey

Find, prepare, understand, and continue through status-gated channels

Each step below describes a documented experience objective, not an availability claim. Channel, region, permission, and tier require independent confirmation.

1

Discover and prepare

Find the relevant specialty, prepare the visit context, and use a booking channel when one is approved.

2

Choose and receive care

Carry appropriate context into clinic or home-care workflows while the care team remains responsible.

3

Understand and manage

Keep approved summaries, instructions, medicines, laboratory context, and documents understandable in the care record.

4

Continue together

Use follow-up, reminders, and explicitly authorized family support to continue the right context after care.

Depth on demand

The patient feature inventory, preserved through progressive disclosure

The groups below derive from the bilingual repository inventory. Open a group to inspect documented detail; limited status means public and commercial operation still needs verification.

Booking & appointmentsFrom a verified-doctor search to your live place in the queue — the whole visit, orchestrated
  • Verified-provider search with match score: Search by name or specialty and see only verified providers, each stamped with a 0–100 match-score badge that ranks the best fit for you — quietly falling back to standard ordering if scoring is unavailable.
  • 14-day slot grid with auto-advance: Pick a provider, service type and date to open a 14-day grid of only the available slots; if the day you tap is full, the app scans forward to the next day that actually has an opening, with duplicate slots removed.
  • Appointment types with price & duration: Choose an appointment type shown with its exact duration and price — like '30 minutes · 150 EGP' — and follow-up bookings auto-select the type whose name matches 'follow-up'.
  • Pricing preview with double-tap lock: Before you confirm, a pricing preview shows the final amount; a submit lock blocks accidental double-bookings, and if someone takes the slot first you get a clear 'slot taken' message and go back to pick another.
  • One-tap add to your phone calendar: On a successful booking the app writes the visit to your device calendar as 'Appointment with {doctor}', set at the clinic location for 30 minutes with a reminder 60 minutes before.
  • Waitlist with offer-and-accept: Join a provider's waitlist with your preferred date range (Pro tier), and when a place opens you'll see an 'offered' card with an Accept button that turns the offer into a real, confirmed appointment.
  • Live wait time & queue position: Once you've checked in, the app refreshes every 20 seconds to show your place in the queue, the estimated minutes remaining and the average consultation time, with the exact 'last updated' moment.
  • Digital waiting room & visit prep: The waiting room refreshes on its own every 60 seconds, and a visit-prep checklist lets you tick items Completed or Pending with an instant update that rolls back if it can't reach the server.
Medical records & documentsA sectioned health locker where every clinical document carries a scannable proof of authenticity
  • Sectioned medical locker: Your locker splits into seven sections — Medications, Monitoring, Test Results, Care Plans, Specialty, Coordination and Media — with live count badges, surfacing growth-and-vaccination tiles for children under 18 and pregnancy tiles for women aged 12–55.
  • Reports rendered field by field: Each clinical report opens with its report number, type and signed date, and every recorded field is laid out as a clean labelled row so nothing in the document stays hidden.
  • Official PDF to your share sheet: Export any report as an official PDF that saves to your device and opens the system share sheet to send or print — named by its report number and reporting its size on save (usage-metered).
  • QR proof-of-authenticity: Every issued document carries a QR code linking to a public verification page with a code, a scan count and last-scanned time, and an active/revoked badge — deliberately built to prove authenticity without exposing any personal data.
  • Chronic conditions with ICD-10 coding: Log a chronic condition with its ICD-10 code, Arabic and English descriptions and diagnosis date, then flip its status between Active, Managed and Resolved — with a guard so rapid taps can't collide.
  • Encounter summary with AI-draft flag: Read a plain-language summary of each visit — diagnosis, prescriptions (dose · frequency · duration), lab orders with urgency and follow-up instructions — marked with a sparkles badge whenever the summary was AI-drafted for your doctor to review.
  • Allergies & structured assessments: Record allergens with reaction type and severity (Mild / Moderate / Severe), and pull your latest mobility, neurological and discharge-plan assessments — with a gentle 'none yet' state when there's nothing on file.
Prescriptions & medicationsRefills, dose-logging and a scored adherence trend — with policy-aware guardrails built in
  • Active/Past prescriptions, offline-first: See every prescription under Active and Past tabs with count badges; the list is cached so it opens even offline, shows when it was last updated, and loads in pages of 15 so hundreds of scripts never stall.
  • Refill math with controlled-substance guard: Each script shows the refills you have left (max refills, default 3, minus refills used), and the refill button only lights up for active, non-controlled prescriptions — otherwise you see exactly why, whether 'controlled substance' or 'max refills reached'.
  • Refill request with clear errors: Request a refill in one tap; if the backend blocks it you get the precise reason — controlled substance, max refills reached or prescription expired — and the list refreshes on success (usage-metered).
  • Today's doses with take/skip logging: See today's doses grouped into morning, afternoon, evening and night, with anything more than 30 minutes away marked 'upcoming', and log each as taken, skipped or late — the screen refreshes itself every 5 minutes.
  • Scored adherence with 7-day trend: A circular adherence score rates you excellent, good, fair or poor, tracks your streak, and charts a 7-day trend from your daily taken-versus-expected doses, with a bar for each medication.
  • CTCAE-graded side-effect reports: Report a side effect by symptom — nausea, vomiting, fatigue, pain, fever, diarrhea or other — with a CTCAE severity grade (0–5) and bilingual notes tied to the exact prescription.
  • AI medication explainer (Max tier): A medication explainer breaks a drug into what it does, how to take it, what to avoid, side effects and what to do if you miss a dose, while future connectivity with pharmacies is clearly marked Coming soon.
Family, pediatric & pregnancyOne account runs the whole household — kids' growth and shots, guardian delegation, and a full pregnancy companion
  • Dependents & family groups: Add a dependent with name, date of birth, gender and relationship (Parent / Legal Guardian / Other), then book for them with a per-child 'Book' button that opens search pre-filled to schedule the visit under the child's profile.
  • Caregiver delegation with scoped access: Invite a caregiver by phone and grant any of five separate scopes — appointments, medical records, prescriptions, lab results and care tasks — each set to View or Manage, and revocable at any time.
  • Trusted Circle: Invite a relative by phone with three switches — see appointments, see medications and receive alerts — the permissions save the moment you invite, and members are grouped Active versus Invited.
  • Consent ledger & timeline: An Active-and-Timeline view of every consent labels each grant by type — data sharing, caregiver delegation, trusted-circle access, treatment, record access — with a colored status dot and a confirm-to-revoke step.
  • Family medication calendar: See today's doses across every family member and dependent in one read-only view, each dose showing the drug name, amount, scheduled time and a status pill: Taken, Missed, Skipped or Scheduled.
  • Pediatric growth charts (WHO): Pick a child and track weight, height, head circumference and BMI, each colored by percentile band — red beyond the 3rd/97th, amber beyond the 15th/85th, green in between — over WHO percentile curves (Pro tier).
  • Vaccination card with overdue alerts: A full immunisation card sorts shots overdue-first, raises a red banner naming the first overdue vaccine, and shows a completion progress bar.
  • Pregnancy dashboard & labor tools: A week-by-week dashboard shows your current week, due date and days remaining, weight trend and last blood pressure; from week 28 it unlocks the Cardiff kick counter, and from week 32 a delivery checklist plus a contraction timer that reports a 5-1-1 pattern, with a preterm-labor warning before 37 weeks and an always-visible 'call my provider' card.
Billing, insurance & supportInvoices, refunds, insurance coverage and claims, plus complaints, disputes and ratings — all self-service
  • Invoices: Open any invoice to see its number, status, subtotal, discount and total in EGP, the issued and paid dates, and the appointment it belongs to.
  • Payment & refund: Pay for an appointment through a secure gateway link, check refund eligibility per appointment (amount, type and any cancellation fee), and cancel-with-refund in one flow that computes and issues the refund inline.
  • Insurance policies & live eligibility: Add a policy by payer and plan with member, policy and group numbers and card photos (marked Verified or Pending), then see your copay percentage per service — consultation, lab, imaging, pharmacy, procedure, emergency — and an annual-maximum bar of used versus remaining.
  • Insurance claims tracker: Follow each claim along a four-step timeline — Submitted, Acknowledged, Approved, Paid — with the total, your copay and what insurance pays, and the rejection reason surfaced whenever a claim is declined.
  • Subscription plans & checkout: Compare the free, Pro and Max tiers with a monthly/annual toggle (annual billed as ten months), live usage meters for bookings, PDF downloads and medication-tool use, and checkout by in-app purchase, Fawry or a promo code.
  • Billing disputes: File a dispute against a specific invoice with a category, your reason and an optional disputed amount, track your open disputes, and withdraw one while it's still open.
  • Complaints with photo evidence: Raise a complaint about a recent facility, choosing from eight types — service quality, wait time, staff behaviour, billing, cleanliness, medication, privacy or other — and attach a photo that's uploaded and linked before it routes to its tracking page.
  • Satisfaction survey & visit ratings: Score a visit on five 1–5 stars — overall, wait time, staff friendliness, cleanliness and communication — with an optional comment and anonymous toggle, and separately rate an appointment 1–5 with a comment you can edit within the rating window.
Reminders & notificationsTimed schedules, provider nudges, channel controls and a filterable inbox
  • Provider nudges: See only the pending nudges your care team sends; responding clears the card instantly, and a 'book' response drops you straight into search to schedule the follow-up — or you can mute it.
  • Missed-care alerts: A patient queue from the nightly missed-care engine flags each gap with an urgency dot (high / medium / low) and days overdue, with Acknowledge, Resolve and Dismiss actions guarded against double taps.
  • Notifications inbox: A searchable, paged inbox filters by category — lab results, prescriptions, payments, system — lets you mark items read or delete them, mark all read at once, and taps straight through to the right screen.
  • Local log reminders: Flip a switch on any log template to schedule a device reminder at a daily, weekly or biweekly time, preview the next fire, and keep it across restarts — with a test-notification button.
  • Notification channel preferences: Choose which channels reach you — push, SMS, WhatsApp and email — set quiet-hours start and end, and tune preferences per category.
Health tools & specialty careCondition-specific views for oncology, dialysis, fertility, flares, eyes, ears and speech — plus treatment plans and education
  • Oncology side-effect log: Log against your active chemo protocol (regimen, current cycle, days since last infusion) by picking a symptom, setting a CTCAE grade 1–4 and a 0–10 pain score, and recording what you did — a grade of 3 or more automatically alerts your provider.
  • Dialysis adequacy records: See your latest session's Kt/V and URR% with an 'adequacy met' flag, plus a session history carrying session number, Kt/V, URR%, interdialytic weight gain and actual fluid removed.
  • Fertility & cycle tracker: Track predicted next period, ovulation and fertile window (once there's enough history), your IVF or treatment case with its number, status and diagnosis, and recent cycles with length and symptom chips.
  • Chronic flare tracker: See whether you're in remission or active disease with the latest score and interpretation, and log flares with start date, severity, suspected trigger and condition.
  • Ophthalmology records: Review visual-acuity exams with uncorrected and corrected acuity per eye plus eye pressure, and lens prescriptions written as SPH · CYL · AX per eye with the Rx number, status and expiry.
  • Audiology & hearing devices: See audiograms with pure-tone average per ear, severity, hearing-loss type and an air-bone-gap flag, plus a list of fitted devices by brand, model, ear, fitting date and next follow-up.
  • Speech therapy progress: Track each goal's baseline, current and target accuracy and consecutive sessions at target versus the mastery threshold, with recent sessions and per-goal trial accuracy.
  • Treatment plans & health education: Follow a treatment plan with its status, stages done, progress bar and estimated cost — with your own Accept step to move it from Proposed to Accepted — and a health-education library split into Unread and Read across articles, videos, checklists, infographics and PDFs.
